Applications are invited for Two Clinical Fellows (Core) in ENT with Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Post 1: To commence as soon as possible until 03 April 2018

Post 2: To commence as soon as possible until 31 July 2018 

Both posts have on call commitments on a 1 in 7 full shift rota with the remaining time divided between Consultant supervised regular theatre sessions and clinics in order to provide firm-based training. Involvement in audit and research is encouraged and supported.

The Department covers all aspects of Otolaryngology. It has an international reputation for the management of skull base pathology and is one of 4 National NF2 Centres. Cambridge University Hospitals has a large hearing implant Programme and is one of 2 Centres offering Auditory Brainstem Implantation. It has been designated a regional head and neck cancer centre and has a high profile both nationally and internationally.

In order to be considered the above position, applicants must have evidence of achievement of Foundation Competencies. Applicants must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013).
