Are you working at MSc level, experienced at working in acute care with complex medical patients, skilled in staff development and practice evidence based therapy and committed to improving patient services? If so then this is the job for you.

We are seeking an Advanced Occupational Therapist to lead the medical team in Occupational Therapy. The team covers a range of specialities, including Cardiology, Respiratory, Renal, Vascular and Hepatology. You will be responsible for the supervision development of the Occupational Therapy medical team, promoting and implementing best practice, participate in wider service developments within Occupational Therapy and carry your own caseload. This post requires some weekend/bank holiday working.

Part Time hours will be considered.

This post is subject to a satisfactory DBS clearance and as a result, you will be required to pay the associated fee of £47.50. This fee will be deducted from your second month’s salary.

Please note:- Internal applicants on permanent contracts can only apply for this post as a secondment and must have the approval of your current line manager before applying.
