Applications are invited for the post of Mechanical Technician / Engineer within the Estates Operations department.

You will ideally have core specialist skills in mechanical services in HVAC and hot and cold water services with the ability to carry out activities which are complex and/or non-routine involving fault finding, installation and maintenance.

You will hold a BTEC HNC/HND/Approved Apprenticeship, City and Guilds or NVQ 3 Technicians Certificate or equivalent qualification in a relevant topic.
