We have an exciting opportunity to develop the role of registered practitioner in our Cambridge Eye Unit Theatres at Cambridge University Hospital (CUH). You will be responsible for the efficient management of an expanding theatre service in one of the largest hospitals in the UK.

Do you have relevant band 5 experience as an RGN or ODP? Would you like to develop your skills? Can you demonstrate sound knowledge and clinical expertiese in relevant field preferably both scrub and anaesthetics.  Do you have evidence of recent professional development, Ability to lead, motivate and develop a theatre team, the post involves on-call commitment.    

This is a six month secondment opportunity to showcase your knowledge, teamwork, communication and leadership skills required for this role.  You will be required to plan, organise and prioritise your workload and most importantly support the junior and senior members of the team. You will demonstrate professionalism at all times whilst maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff, providing innovation in your practice.
