One of five Clinical Divisions operating within Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Division B provides a broad range of specialist and district general service across specialities to include Cancer, Pathology, Radiology and several support services to include Pharmacy, Outpatients, Medical Physics and Therapies for the population of Cambridgeshire and the East of England.

We are seeking to recruit a Workforce Administrator who will provide comprehensive administration support in relation to recruitment and workforce processes for the Division. You will engage with a broad range of managers and departments, so excellent communication skills are essential. You must be well organised, able to work autonomously; and have the ability to prioritise and use your initiative.

Experience of working in a Workforce or Recruitment setting would be useful but not essential as training will be provided.

This is a busy role, but one that offers an excellent sense of achievement and the opportunity to develop a range of coordination and administration skills as well as an understanding of the NHS workforce and how they deliver great patient care.
