We are looking for an enthusiastic and well motivated individual to join our busy Recruitment Team. We work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where the need for excellent team work and communication skills are essential.

About the role...

You will be responsible for the daily operations and line management of the recruitment team, ensuring great candidate experience while maintaining departmental KPIs. 

This role will require flexible working across an 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday service. Rotating between a 08:00 - 16:00, 08:30 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 17:00 shift. 

Occasional Saturday working will also be required for recruitment events.
